Hello, my name is Emily, and I am a graduate of North Carolina State University, May 2007. I got my B.S. in Education, and I am currently licensed K-9. I have numerous experiences with children at all age levels, especially with preschool/early elementary age groups.

I was born in Raleigh, and grew up outside of Detroit, MI. I recently moved back to this area with my parents when I started NCSU. I enjoy traveling, reading, movies, spending time with friends and family, and dining out.

I love children of all ages, and enjoy helping them and grow; not only academically, but emotionally as well. I strongly feel that preschoolers learn best through hands on activities, and exploration. We will have fun this year, and I look forward to teaching your child!
