My name is Roseann O’Beirne (but everyone calls me Rosie) and I am one of the teachers for your child in the infant room. I am originally from New York and have lived in North Carolina for 15 years. I have two wonderful married daughters, two great son-in-laws, two special step grandchildren, and an awesome granddaughter who also attends Holly Springs Learning Center. I live with my two dogs, Chelsea a Black Lab mix and Skylar an Australian Sheppard mix. And, no home would be complete without a cat, Susie.
I started working with children when my girls started school with volunteer work and loved being around kids so much that I started to work in the school system. I have worked with children in special education and resource room, K through 6th grade. When I moved to NC, I began a career in preschool at a privately owned school in Cary. I started out in a two year old room and eventually worked with every age group and also managed an after school program. Although I have tried my hand at other jobs in the past, I always seem to return to childcare.
I have my North Carolina Credentials and over the years have taken some classes to further my education in childcare. What I have not learned in a classroom or from a book, I have certainly learned from life.
I am very happy here at Holly Springs Learning Center and proud to be part of the staff. I am looking forward to working with you in the future and am honored to be able to care for your child during his/her stay with us. I hope you will find peace of mind when you drop your child off with us and know that we will do everything we can to protect and nurture your child during the day.
Yours Truly,
Roseann O'Beirne
